Your Task for today

Here’s a simple little exercise that could change your life.

1. Write down a list of things that make you happy.

2.On another piece of paper write a list of things you do every day.

3. Compare the lists.

4. Adjust accordingly.

    This was nice to realize I’m actually doing a lot of things I enjoy. I’ve simply forgotten how much they do make me happy.
