Welcome to Happiness, Health and Hypnosis.
This is my little blog where I share some of the things that I come across in my hypnotherapy practice,
helping you to be happier, healthier, wealthier and more mentally prepared
for the trials and tribulations we all face.
I write about practical ideas on keeping mentally healthy, happy and fit as well as some information about hypnotherapy, self hypnosis and the different techniques I use with my clients.
I also include some nutritional information that people may find interesting. I don’t claim to be an expert on nutrition, but I have a general interest in health and strongly believe that food can and should be used as a medicine to keep both body and mind healthy. I’m working my way through the alphabet starting with amazing apples and ending who knows where!
Some posts are included here are just there to remind you of the good stuff in the world and to make you smile.
If there is anything you would like me to cover, please feel free to get in touch – I’m always happy to help where I can.
If you like what you see here, we would love it if you joined us on Facebook and Twitter where you’ll see all this good stuff and more.
All the most interesting people I know have a little spark of crazy in them.
Sometimes we need to fan the flames, other times we need a fire extinguisher.
I hope you find what ever you need in this blog.
Our practice is based in Coventry, United Kingdom, but we are happy to work with clients world wide by providing Tailor-made CD’s to help you.

I like the fact you are facing your fear of failure and going for it – not only that but you are sharing your experience to help others – I think that’s great. I’ve changed careers a fee times and trust me when I say 26 is still very young. You’re potentially only 5 years out of education with 40 years left to work! Do what you love 😊

Thank you for your wonderful feedback 🙂 that’s what I want to do indeed. I’m actually quite curious now what you have done previously. I find it fascinating how people shape their life and what changes help to take a leap of faith and move forward. I’ll come back to your blog for inspiration, thank you again 🙂

Thank you for liking my 1st post! That is encouraging. Your ideas sound interesting, although I am not sure where I stand on hypnosis, but do like general mental health awareness and tips. Thanks for the encouragement!

Thank you for posting 🙂 It’s great that you’re getting into blogging. I curious as to what you mean about not being sure where you stand on hypnosis… do you have religious reservations, or are you just not sure if it’s real?
Keep at it blogging gets more fun the more you do it 🙂

Any tips for a newbie blogger? As far as hypnosis, I am sure it is real but have sort of religious reservations for some of it and just trust issues- I don’t trust anyone to do it on me! 🙂

Fair enough – if you ever want to try it most good hypnotherapists will allow you to bring a person you trust in with you to make sure it’s all on the level – I know I do.
My best tips for blogging would be
1. Write something every day – even if it’s just a link to a youtube video you like.
2. Make a plan of things you want to write about – otherwise inspiration can dry up and you stop.
3. Follow people you find interesting – they will inspire you.
4. Do what you’re already doing – interact with other bloggers – like follow and comment – it’s a little link to your work
5. Have fun with it.
I’m sure you’ll be great 🙂

We have common interests. Except that self-realization is kind of de-hypnosis. I am also interested in and write about health, happiness and well-being. I hope to explore more of your blog 🙂 Thanks for visiting my blog and following it 🙂 Have a great day!

I guess you could call it de-hypnosis or maybe it’s about re-hypnosis in a positive vein… whatever it’s classified as, I think it’s a good thing to pursue 🙂

Indeed. Positive hypnosis is needed to counter negative one. But after a time there must not remain any programming whatsoever in your system–only when all programming has been deleted does the liberation/realization/enlightenment happen. Eastern traditions use words like Karma–positive(punya) and negative(papa) for them. Thanks for your comments 🙂
